Hi, Im Helen, I have had a keen interest in complementary therapies since 2003, when I decided to encorporate complementary therapies into my every day life, to give me some "me" time, and to reduce stress and increase relaxation.
I had a strong desire to work with people, to help them to work through difficulties, enhance health and well being, and help people make positive changes in their life!
I embarked on a path of new learning and self discovery and commenced training in 2003, initially in Holistic Body Therapy, including Aromatherapy with body massage and facials.
In 2005 I qualified in Reiki, and most recently, Clinical Hypnotherapy, specialising in pregnancy & childbirth!
I am a member of the Complementary Medical Association, and Iam registered on the General Hypnotherapy Register
